Return & Refund Policy

At Voltery, we want you to feel confident when purchasing your smart ring. If your order is not right for you, eligible products may be returned in accordance with the terms below.

Returns

Voltery Smart Rings may be returned within 7-15 days of delivery, provided the ring is in its original condition, shows no signs of damage or excessive wear, and is returned with its original packaging and included accessories.

To request a return, contact our customer support team with your order details before sending the product back. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Free Sizing Kit Policy

Our sizing kit is provided to help you select the correct Voltery ring size before your final ring is shipped.

Once a sizing kit has been shipped, it is non-returnable and a $10 sizing-kit fee will be deducted from any applicable refund. If you cancel your order before the sizing kit has shipped, no sizing-kit fee will apply.

If you receive a free sizing kit with your ring purchase and later return the ring but keep the sizing kit, the $10 sizing-kit fee will be deducted from your refund.

For standalone sizing-kit orders, any amount paid toward the kit is non-refundable once the kit has shipped.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If your Voltery product arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us promptly with your order information and photographs of the issue. We will review the request and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund where applicable.
