Warranty Policy

At Voltery, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our smart wearable products. Voltery Smart Rings are covered by a 1-Year Limited Warranty from the original date of purchase.

What the Warranty Covers

The warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship that occur during normal use. This may include:

• Defects affecting the ring’s internal sensors or electronic components.
• Charging or connectivity failures caused by a manufacturing defect.
• Structural or material defects present under normal wearing conditions.
• Battery failure resulting from a confirmed manufacturing defect.

Where a valid warranty claim is approved, Voltery may repair or replace the affected product at its discretion.

What is Not Covered

The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, accidents, unauthorized repairs or modifications, improper charging, loss, theft, or normal cosmetic wear such as scratches and discoloration.

Damage caused by exposure to water beyond the product’s stated water-resistance/IP rating is excluded. Cracked, crushed, bent, or otherwise physically damaged ring shells are also not covered.

Normal battery capacity degradation caused by regular use and aging is not considered a manufacturing defect.

How to File a Warranty Claim

To submit a claim, contact support@voltery.net with your order number, purchase details, a description of the issue, and clear photographs or videos where applicable.

Voltery may request additional information or product inspection before approving a claim. Proof of purchase may be required.

This limited warranty applies to the original purchaser and does not affect any statutory consumer rights available under applicable local law.
