Online Store Terms

Voltery Products and Services

Wellness and Fitness Information

Voltery Smart Rings may provide information relating to sleep, heart rate, heart rate variability (HRV), blood oxygen trends, skin temperature trends, activity, estimated calories, recovery, stress, and other wellness metrics.

Unless expressly identified as a regulated medical feature, Voltery products and Services are intended for general wellness and fitness purposes only.

They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, or monitor any disease or medical condition and should not replace professional medical advice.

If you have concerns about your health, consult a qualified healthcare professional.

Product Accuracy

Wearable measurements and calculated insights are estimates and may be affected by factors including ring fit, placement, movement, skin contact, environmental conditions, individual physiology, device settings, software versions, and sensor limitations.

Voltery does not guarantee that every measurement will be completely accurate or uninterrupted.

Ring Sizing

Selecting the correct ring size is important for comfort and consistent sensor contact.

Customers who are uncertain of their size may use a Voltery Sizing Kit before confirming their final ring size.

Sizing-kit orders, cancellations, and applicable sizing-kit deductions are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Customers are responsible for confirming their selected size before fulfillment of the final ring where size confirmation is required.

Prices and Payments

Product prices, promotional offers, shipping fees, and other charges may change without prior notice.

The price displayed and confirmed during checkout generally applies to your transaction, subject to correction of obvious pricing or technical errors.

Applicable taxes, duties, customs charges, or other governmental fees may be added depending on your delivery location.

Shipping and Delivery

One-Year Limited Warranty

Eligible Voltery Smart Rings include a 1-Year Limited Warranty, subject to our separate Warranty Policy.

The warranty generally applies to qualifying manufacturing defects under normal use. It does not cover normal wear, cosmetic damage, battery capacity degradation through ordinary aging, accidents, misuse, unauthorized modifications, cracked or physically damaged shells, or water damage resulting from use beyond the product's stated water-resistance rating.

Accounts and Security

Certain Voltery Services may require an account.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activities occurring through your account.

You must notify Voltery promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

We may suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraudulent, abusive, unlawful, or security-threatening activity.

Personal Information

Our collection, processing, storage, and use of personal information are governed by the Voltery Privacy Policy.

Depending on the product and features you use, Voltery may process wellness information such as heart rate, HRV, sleep, activity, SpO₂ trends, and skin temperature trends.

Except for warranties expressly provided by Voltery or rights that cannot legally be excluded, our website, software, and Services are provided on an “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee that digital Services will always be uninterrupted, completely secure, or error-free.

Nothing in these Terms excludes statutory warranties or consumer protections that cannot legally be excluded.

Limitation of Liability
